1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph143a platform, including all gaming services, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with ph143a Services, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Account Registration and Security

Registration with ph143a requires providing accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and acceptable government-issued identification. You may maintain only one (1) account with ph143a. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change. ph143a is not responsible for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect account information, including failed payment transactions, undeliverable communications, or security breaches resulting from inaccurate contact details.

2.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph143a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow unauthorized access to your account. Any activity occurring through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

Upon account termination, all pending wagers will be settled according to official results, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within thirty (30) calendar days. ph143a reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

ph143a accepts deposits through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank, and cryptocurrency via USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are ₱100 for GCash and Maya, ₱500 for bank transfers, and equivalent amounts for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status.

You agree to deposit funds only from payment sources that you legally own or are authorized to use. Deposits from third-party accounts or sources belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited. ph143a reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where ph143a determines, in its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund. Deposit processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya deposits credit instantly, bank transfers process within 15-30 minutes during banking hours, and cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limits

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱500 for all payment methods. There are no maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, though unusually large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time for security purposes.

ph143a reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where account verification is incomplete, where deposits have not been wagered at least once (to comply with anti-money laundering regulations), where there are pending disputes or investigations, or where ph143a suspects fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified of the reason for withdrawal delay or denial.

3.3 Fees and Currency

ph143a does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond ph143a's control and are your responsibility. All financial transactions on ph143a are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion for cryptocurrency or other non-PHP deposits will be calculated at prevailing market rates at the time of transaction.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

ph143a is not responsible for failures of internet connectivity, payment provider processing delays, server downtime for maintenance, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of game malfunction or technical error, all affected wagers may be voided at ph143a's discretion.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ph143a Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action litigation against ph143a and consent to resolve disputes on an individual basis only.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ph143a Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph143a regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 No Waiver
